We benchmarked 63 BC mining and gold company websites across SEO, IR depth, ESG, narrative, and AI Search Readiness — then rebuilt Majestic Gold against the top of the sector. The new site scores 9.2/10 on the same hand-evaluated model that put the legacy majesticgold.com at 4.0 — a 5.2-point uplift and the #1 result of all 52 sites surveyed.

01

Challenge

Majestic Gold operates producing assets across three continents, but the legacy majesticgold.com site read like every other junior on the TSXV — an Adnet IR template, boilerplate ESG copy, thin project pages, and no measurable keyword strategy. Our hand evaluation scored it 4.0/10 against a sector average of 5.8: B-tier on IR archive volume, D-tier on narrative, design, and AI search readiness. For a producing miner courting institutional capital, that was an investor-facing liability.

02

Audit

We built a 7-dimension hand-scored benchmark of 52 BC mining and gold company sites — SEO (title/meta, keyword strategy, technical), design (visual identity, nav/UX), and content (narrative, data freshness) — backed by an automated 8-dimension Workbook model covering content depth, IR, project content, ESG, newsroom, SEO basics, and AI Search Readiness. The benchmark is anchored in Google E-E-A-T, NI 51-102 and NI 43-101 disclosure expectations, GRI / TCFD / MAC TSM, Core Web Vitals, and Google's AI Overviews / Schema.org guidance. It told us exactly where the rebuild had to win — and where the sector was leaving room.

03

Idea

Treat the company like a media brand, not a microcap. Lead with editorial voice — short, confident sentences, generous typography, dark cinematic imagery of the metal itself — and engineer every page for both human investors and AI answer engines: structured headings, schema-ready summaries, FAQ blocks, downloadable fact sheets, and a real keyword strategy in H1s, body, and alt text. Roughly 70% of TSXV miners ship with no meaningful meta description and most score below 6.0 on AI Search Readiness; we treated that gap as the opportunity.

04

Solution

End-to-end: brand voice and copywriting, art direction, UX/UI, and the build. Live quotes for MJS on TSXV and MJT on FSE, gold spot, and FX pairs stream through a custom edge market-data API. A lightweight investor CRM captures subscriptions, segments retail / institutional / media, and syncs to the IR team. A downloadable PowerPoint, EPK, and fact-sheet system — on-brand and easy to update — gives corp-dev the same story in every meeting. Visual / media quality scored 10/10 on the benchmark, the only site to do so.

05

Outcome

9.2/10 on the hand-evaluated model — #1 of 52 BC mining sites, ahead of every senior producer including Teck (8.3). A 5.2-point uplift over the legacy site and 3.4 points above the sector average of 5.8. A premium, high-trust investor brand that reads like a publication, with the operational backbone — live data, CRM, sales enablement — to back it up.
