Digital agency — Vancouver
Digital agency in Vancouver
Kumu is a Vancouver digital agency built around one idea: measure how your brand performs in search and AI, then improve it deliberately.Brand, content, website and search work are handled as one system, because that is how AI answer engines evaluate you.
What we do
Four capabilities, one instrument. Everything is scored against the same 15 dimensions so priorities are argued from evidence.
Brand and positioning
Make what is true about your organization explicit, consistent and easy to categorize.
Website design and build
Fast, server-rendered sites where the substance is readable by people and machines.
AI search and SEO
Retrieval, entity clarity, structured data and evidence for answer engines and search.
Content and proof
Case studies, benchmarks and knowledge pages that give models something citable.
The engagement model
- 01
Diagnose
Phase 1 benchmark: your two Indexes, the Signal Gap and the top opportunities.
- 02
Plan
Phase 2 roadmap: 15 dimensions hand-scored, competitors compared, work sequenced.
- 03
Transform
Execution across brand, content, site and structure against the roadmap.
- 04
Grow
Re-measurement on a cycle, so movement is proven and the next priority is obvious.
Why measurement first
Most agency proposals begin with a recommendation. Ours begins with a score. The Brand Integrity Index describes how clear and credible your organization actually is; the Signal Strength Index describes how completely that clarity reaches search engines, AI systems and buyers. The distance between the two is the Signal Gap, and it is usually where the money is.
Because the same instrument is re-run later, the effect of the work is documented rather than claimed. That also keeps us honest: if a dimension does not move, it shows.
Next step
Start with a measurement, not a pitch
Phase 1 gives you your Brand Integrity Index, your Signal Strength Index, the Signal Gap between them, and the opportunities worth acting on first. First findings land in 3–5 days.
